Borrowing from World of Warcraft Bioware has put Mount collecting into the game. Well they’re not mounts, they are speeders. Speeders come in two types, 90% and 110%. There is a talent to make all 90% mounts into 100% speed mounts.
The ones people are collecting are 110 speed.
You can get them from a large variety of areas.
First and foremost there are two available from PvP. They require currency you use for getting gear (commendations).
There are some purchasable with tionese crystals ( a lot of em).
There is one available from dailies.
There are some world drop ones.
There are some you can build.
There are many you purchase from a vendor.
There are some that drop off of flashpoint bosses (hard mode).
There are some that drop off of raid bosses (one per difficulty).
In order to collect all the mounts you simply have to do… everything
